QUALITY STATEMENT FOR THE PROTECTION OF THE ENVIRONMENT

HSE AND SAFETY POLICY STATEMENT.It is the policy of Omabo International Resources Ltd to conduct its operations with due regard to safety, health and welfare of all its employees, clients, contractors and that of the general public. We consider safety to be a management responsibility ranking with all other business activities and it is our declared intention to comply with both the requirements and spirit of Health and Safety at Work Act and any Regulations and Codes of Practices implemented under this act. To this end the Directors will ensure that the company’s management and employees are fully aware and committed to observing the following principles.

Omabo International Resources Ltd has local and highly qualified personnel operating to the following principles:

1. Constantly assessing our objectives within our sphere of operations

2. Review Controls, Procedures and Maintain Standards.

3. Refine and Evolve to adapt and enhance our Scope of Operations

4. Constant in house assessment and upgrading
5. Staff Training and Skill upgrading at all levels within the company.

QUALITY POLICY
Omabo International Resources Ltd ensures that this quality policy statement and the associated procedures apply to all activities and work undertaken within the company. We can demonstrate our ability to consistently meet customer and regulatory requirements together with its commitment to enhance customer satisfaction through conformity with client needs and continual improvement of our systems. The company’s success is based on the quality and commitment of its highly experienced and professional management and construction staff. Ongoing development of the company’s operations and upgrading of equipment and facilities ensure that we combine the best in modern building techniques with the best in traditional skills.
It is the objective of Omabo International Resources Ltd to:
• Reduce waste, loss, adverse incidents and customer complaints
• Identify improvements to existing working practices
• Continually evaluate the effectiveness of Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental policies and associated documents.

For the company to achieve the above objectives, every employee and sub- contractor must:
• Understand the client’s requirements.
• Be responsible and accountable for the quality of work.

The Directors of Omabo International Resources Ltd are totally committed to this quality Policy Statement. This Policy statement will be reviewed at periodic Management Review Meetings attended by the Directors and key senior staff.

QUALITY STATEMENT FOR THE PROTECTION OF THE ENVIRONMENT
The activities of the company are procurement, Marine Logistics & Construction, civil constructions, Oil Field Services, Building of Dredgers Procurement, Oil and gas Procurement Services, Equipment Leasing/Hiring, Marine Services and maintenance, Pipeline right of way processing and, Marine civil construction, Rig installation, Piling, Diving, etc. The company is committed to conducting all of its business and contracting activities in a manner which safeguards the environment in which we all live and work in. We shall continually improve our environmental performance, Endeavour to prevent pollution and carry out our activities within our developing Environmental Management System
Through our environmental management system we will:
Comply with the requirements of all environmental legislation and other requirements. We will also cooperate with legislative and other relative regulatory bodies in developing and achieving improved performance.
Be committed to the continual improvement of its environmental performance by setting and reviewing environmental objectives and targets, which will periodically be reviewed.
Through our Environmental Management System we shall;
Prevent pollution to air, land or water by eliminating foreseeable hazard to the environment.
Strive to reduce the qualities of waste materials generated by our operations.
Reduce the consumption of energy were feasible, throughout its operations.
Minimize the use of natural resources where possible.
Train and communicate with our employees to increase environmental awareness and we shall ensure compliance to our environmental policies and procedures.
Communicate this policy to all employees and is freely available to all interested parties.
Review this policy at least annually to ensure continued suitability and effectiveness in environmental performance.
